Lancaster Mennonite Conference LMC is a fellowship of congregations in the Northeast corridor of the United States, and joined Mennonite Church USA as a full member in after five years of provisional membership in the new denomination. LMC congregations are grouped together in geographic districts. Oversight of each district is provided by a bishop or supervisor. Several bishops give oversight to more than one district. He prays for the members he serves that they will be so filled with the Spirit that they will be witnesses of the Good News of Jesus to the people God places in their path. Their vision is the planting of churches and the multiplication of new communities of faith.
