Despite that, the team placed 2nd after beating Lyon Gaming and Team SoloMid , before losing against Cloud9 in the finals. With a victory, they went on to beat SK Gaming before losing against Fnatic. They placed 4th in playoffs after losing against Fnatic and H2K and lost out on Worlds after placing second in the regional finals. Unicorns of Love made various roster changes heading into Spring , signing Diamondprox , Fox and Steeelback. Despite their decent regular season, the team lost against Origen in playoffs. This resulted in another 3 roster changes, replacing the spring signings. In the regional finals , Unicorns of Love once again placed second to miss out on Worlds Ahead of the Spring Season , the Korean players left the team to be replaced by Xerxe and Samux. In playoffs, they faced G2 Esports in the finals, losing The same roster placed th in Summer after a loss against Misfits Gaming.
