Doing some searching on the subject of band names. I see that according to bandname. This only becomes a problem when you want to market yourself in an area where another band using the same name is already known. Additionally, you'll want to be careful if you release an album and decide to distribute it digitally, such as through CD Baby or The Orchard. This will bring your product to the entire globe, and thus mix you up with all the other bands on the planet who happen to be using that name. You don't want your music at iTunes to be lumped in with that electronica artist from Zimbabwe who has the same name. If it's a common word, chances are someone else already thought of it as a band name, maybe even 30 years ago and if you're only 20 you've never heard of them. If it's your own name and it happens to be something like Dave Matthews, consider changing your name. You'll piss off a lot of people that come to your gig thinking they're going to see THE Dave Matthews. Another thing you can try is see if there is a website for the name already. You don't want to pick a name only to find out the domain takes you to some porn site.

I like the Cyrkle version better, but the Seekers' is alright.

His lyrical gifts were already spread thin, and thinner still when a completed third verse was cut from "Always Crashing in the Same Car," in which Bowie did his very best Bob Dylan impression. Producer Tony Visconti thought it was so creepy, and potentially inappropriate given Dylan's motorcycle accident a decade earlier, that they scrapped it. Bowie was hardly lucid in , but you bet he knew exactly what he was doing with that verse. The mysterious injuries from Dylan's accident gave him the excuse to disappear from the rat race for years, whereas the full complement of wounds Bowie sustained in L. From a flushed toilet? When he realized he had to leave Hollywood and kick his prodigious habit, West Berlin appealed for its anonymity, though unlike Dylan, Bowie would make his own recovery a matter of public record. Both artists were escaping paradigmatic American success by retreating into themselves. Where Dylan let rumors of death fester, Bowie opened his hermitage to the world, reinforcing his outsider myth.

In his review for The A. Club , critic Jason Heller praised the band's longevity and said that "it's as if Low has taken its tried-and-true songwriting formula—a slow buildup into a smoldering climax—and stretched it to the length of an entire album. In a less favorable review, Slant Magazine ' s Jordan Mainzer complained that "not even Sparhawk and Parker's subtle guitar, drum flourishes, and beautifully weary voices can save some of The Invisible Way ' s worst tracks" and said that the album "makes it clear just how little they've evolved.
