I have been to this location several times, but this past experience over this weekend has been the worst I've ever had at any nail salon. Prior to getting my service, the employees seemed very pleasant and nice. She continued quoting the service prices at me even after acknowledging her. Which was the only time she looked up. She apparently didn't want to work and rushed my services.

When explaining how I wanted my polish she wouldn't look up to get a better understanding and kept saying I don't know what you want and refused to listen. Her coworkers kept looking away and said nothing. I wish I knew where the manager was.
