A truck rollover has caused a hazardous spill on the M7.

Police are seeking two men as part of an investigation into an abandoned truck that rolled on a major highway in Sydney's south-west containing 3, litres of stolen fuel. Emergency services were called to the M7 at Horsley Park after about am on Monday and found an overturned tabletop truck that was unoccupied and spilling a small amount of diesel. Two men, believed to be the driver and his passenger, fled the scene before officers arrived. The driver had rolled the truck while trying to perform an illegal U-turn in the middle of the highway. The stolen fuel had been stored in three different containers, according to police. Superintendent Michael McLean, commander of Fairfield police, said it was unclear what the fuel was intended to be used for.

Traffic is backed up for more than 12 kilometres near Kurrajong Road in Casula after two trucks collided around 6.
