Hi everyone and welcome back to Adventures Into Nostalgia! This quest is LONG. A lot of the events that take place in this quest occur in the realm called Kethsi, which has many puzzles. There are two parts of this quest that I must warn you about. These fights happen sequentially, so bringing a War Tortoise or other beast of burden familiar to carry any food or potions you need is highly recommended. However, it is recommended, according to the RuneScape wiki, NOT to bring Saradomin brews as they will lower the stat bonuses you get during the quest. I would bring super restore flasks to minimize inventory space to restore your prayer and restore any stat drains you get and fill the rest of your inventory spaces and beast of burden inventory spaces with food. The Enhanced Excalibur is a good idea to bring along too. If you manage to do all of that, there is a glacor that you will have to fight. These are some of the toughest enemies to defeat. If you get frozen, you will need to click rapidly in any spot on the map to break free. The unstable glacyte will explode if not dealt with fast.

The Mahjarrat, meaning "children of Mah", are a tribe from a race called the Dreams of Mah, hailing from the ruined world of Freneskae. The Mahjarrat found their beginning on the ruined world of Freneskae, when their creator, the elder god Mah, while dreaming attempted to create a new companion to replace Zaros, who had left her and Seren behind to fend for themselves. These failed copies of Zaros went on to become known as the dreams of Mah, and split into three known tribes; the Mahjarrat included.

During the quest, syzygy occurs and the Mahjarrat begin their ritual for the eighteenth time; meanwhile, the three Dragonkin released from their prison after the events of While Guthix Sleeps cause havoc across Gielinor. It has been confirmed that, while this is the finale to the Mysteries of the Mahjarrat, Rise of Lucien and Arrav quest sub-series, the Dragonkin, Zaros and Azzanadra storylines will continue. While not required, it is recommended to have completed The General's Shadow. It is possible to start the quest without the necessary skill requirements, but these cannot be boosted when they are needed. They signal their arrival with a devastating shriek, and leave nothing but ash, flame and destruction in their wake. All tremble in fear as they approach, and the ground rumbles in sympathy.
