Very disappointed in their customer service. I have tried to reach someone in customer service several times in the past week, and no response. They do not back their product quality and return policies are terrible. I used to go out of my way to shop at CC McKenzie stores, but no longer will support them. My favorite store for shoes and clothing they are located in the Portland airport and in Bend. An airport gift shop which has some products not found in other similar stores. They run an unethical scheme here. They have the PDX store and sell you products not caring if they fit. Second they lead you down a path to believe you can return the product for full cash back.
