One For All is an incredibly powerful and special quirk that has been passed down by various people in the world of My Hero Academia. Just like the quirk One For All itself, the many users of this power are special. One For All is a quirk that was created after All For One passed on a power stockpiling quirk to his brother. However, his brother already had a quirk. Just like him, quite a lot of the other users of the One For All also had a quirk of their own. While these quirks were certainly not as strong as the One For All, they possess incredible power that has, over time, grown stronger and now aids Deku in battle. Quirk Bestowal was certainly the weakest quirk that any One For All user possessed and this power belonged to Yoichi, the first user of the One For All. Essentially, he only had the power to pass on a quirk from one user to another. Given that he didn't have anything else, all he could do was pass on this quirk to someone else. However, when All For One gave him the ability to stockpile power , it fused with Quirk Bestowal and ended up creating One For All, which is one of the strongest quirks ever. Gearshift is an incredible ability that allows the user to shift the speed of any object that he touches, even managing to ignore the laws of inertia. The user can change their speeds up to four times, with the fourth being the top gear.
Yoichi's presence serves as the perfect sounding board to evaluate All For One's choices and mentality even as a child.
Yet, the primary reason why fans classify All For One as the ultimate villain is due to how his quirk, All For One, is overpowered. He can give and steal other individuals' quirk abilities and use these quirks for his selfish goals. However, there's more to being a villain other than physical strength and supernatural powers. A great villain must also demonstrate a god-like complex, high intelligence, and a lack of human empathy. Thus, the argument for All For One shouldn't be that he's a great villain only because he has an overpowering quirk, but rather, All For One is one of the best villains in anime and manga because he exemplifies all these villainous characteristics.
My Hero Academia is nearing its end and the last few chapters have been focused on the incredible fight between Bakugo and All For One. Fans know All For One to be the biggest villain in the entirety of My Hero Academia and he's certainly an evil that needed to be taken down by the end of the story. Prior to the ongoing fight, it was All Might who stood in the path of All For One once again and he did this with help from Melissa. Using various mechanized upgrades, All Might did what little he could do to stop All For One from advancing and at the same time, force him to reverse his age. Eventually, however, this task fell to Bakugo and he has successfully completed it in the recent chapters of My Hero Academia, having now defeated All For One. He fought against Shigaraki quite effectively and this is where he achieved quirk awakening for the first time. Bakugo was fearless in this battle and, thanks to the support of those around him, he was able to hold his own against this mighty villain for quite a long time. His strength was such that he could even leave Shigaraki in the dust for a short period of time, however, his time was short-lived as he was injured gravely by Shigaraki after he was stabbed right through the chest.
