The program is designed to immerse analysts into the daily activities of our various groups, helping Senior Bankers deliver a client solution approach across our entire product suite. We are looking for students with a strong academic record and a keen interest in the financial markets. Approximately 35 students are hired annually across the country, with the goal of hiring each intern as a full-time analyst following their graduation. They will subsequently be placed into two groups, each rotation lasting approximately four weeks. During the eleven-week program, Summer Analysts take on the same responsibilities as Full-Time Analysts, working side-by-side with Senior Bankers on live projects for existing and prospective clients, as well as financing and advisory transactions.
