Best known for presenting the BBC series Gardeners' World, he first rose to fame hosting a frequent gardening segment on ITV's This Morning, eventually beginning to appear in more and more programmes across the UK's biggest channels. Today, he has hosted many of his own gardening shows and published over 25 books, and was made an Officer of the Order of the British Empire OBE in for services to horticulture, broadcasting and charity.
