Hello jayeff , Thank you for your answer, the phone's history was a problem of restarting because of battery, once I bought new one and connected it to the phone all of these happened, i don't know if that because of the new battery or what I did my Best regarding the software issue but I can confirm it is not a software issue There is no any sign that refers to a connected headphones when I put the headphones also there is no any signs appears When I connect the earpods I hear nothing in also in the sound volume when I try to increase the volume of the earpods to maximum it force me to go to the minimum volume, what i want to say is the phone connected to the earpods but refuse to give it access to the sound or mic.
