Brandon was very patient and always made sure that I had the combos, kicks, and pace right. I used loaner gloves so just make sure that you wash up really good when you get home! That said, the instructor is very encouraging, very nice, and will challenge you which is a great thing imo to always do your best. It is great fun to have class with other people. This class was about lifting heavy, but not completely killing yourself. Boxing, Strength Training, …. Boxing, Martial Arts, …. Boxing Worx I had a great workout! It was a crazy workout and you get so sweaty but a great time. Martial Arts, Boxing, ….
