This year, Infinity Ward is back in the developers chair. Rather than delivering sequels to Ghosts or Infinite Warfare, the studio has gone back to its roots with a rebooted Modern Warfare. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 offered up a significant boost to the number of weapons and maps available at launch compared to its predecessor, WWII.
