Excellent 5. Poor 1. Terrible I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the parking situation managed by Jardines UK. Despite parking in a space marked with a heart symbol - which used to be designated for gym patrons - I received an unjust parking ticket. This space, along with others, apparently belongs to Jardines UK now, but the signage has not been updated to reflect this change. This oversight in updating the parking signs is not only negligent but also misleading for anyone who isn't aware of the recent changes. It seems like a deliberate attempt to catch people out, resulting in unfair fines. Such a lack of attention to essential details is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the management's regard for fairness and customer experience. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful and guided me through my first time of using an electronic prescription. I highly recommend this branch of Jardines. The lady on the service desk was wonderful and polite.
