You'll need three Damascus Steel for each weapon, so nine in total. Here's where you can find some. Damascus Steel can be found once you are in Part Two of the game and have progressed the storyline enough to have been directed back to the Junk Heap. At this point, you will get access to the B2 level of the Junk Heap. The area you want to travel to is the northern part of the first B2 map where the path snakes round on itself, as shown on the map below. In this area, you'll find a lot of crates, but be aware of all of the holes in the floor as you travel around. You won't die from falling in, but you will lose a chunk of health. There will also be some robot enemies you need to deal with. You want to break all of the crates in this section as Damascus Steel can appear here. It's a rare find, so you're not always guaranteed to get one.
