I reported this and after much hassle had a online chat with an agent who said they would reset my line settings. This has made no difference and trying to speak to someone is like trying to jump over the moon. Any ideas how to fix this?
Hoping someone can help, I done a sim swap about a week ago both pay monthly with O2, done keep my number, since the sim swap call waiting just isn't working goes straight to user busy and hangs up. I have made sure call waiting setting is turned on, tried all the codes etc and still not working? Is this something I should be calling O2 about could this be a service issue?
