We are the only studio in Old Town Clovis solely dedicated to yoga. This space was lovingly created for local yogis current, former and aspiring to come together and practice. Our mission is to provide Clovis with a Power Yoga studio that is inclusive and motivating. Reformer is our signature class. We provide a modern take on classical Pilates in this 50 minute class while keeping true to what Joesph Pilates created. Suitable for all fitness levels. A 55 minute fusion mat class designed to make you sweat. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. A 50 minute class utilizing the Pilates Chair. The Chair is another Apparatus designed to work like the Reformer. A class designed to challenge you and bring your heart rate up - helping to build long, lean muscles. A rebounding sculpt class that is integrated and designed with Pilates in mind using our Jumpsport trampolines.
