Opodo's management after the car hire company was even more appalling!

Opodo really makes the travel so simplistic. I let my travel schedules, short or long, personal or business managed by Opodo. They do great job managing the flights, transit system, hotel booking, car rentals and other services as well.

This company does not typically respond to reviews. After my complains Opodo helpdesk reached me and annual fee was returned back to my bank. I booked a hotel in Rome using Opodo - when we arrived at the address we discovered that the hotel had been closed and no longer exists. However, Opodo let us book and pay for the hotel for several nights. We were left with no place to stay overnight and with financial damage. The service hotline even for us Prime members! We were kept connected for several hours and left helplessly in a foreign city, with no support or booking of a new hotel, with no refund. There was simply no response to several subsequent inquiries.
Be aware of the service charge. They at no point have ever got in contact with me first and are doing little to get my refund, opodo reviews.

They responded to my previous review promising that it would be resolved soon - I have since heard nothing! David and Kathleen Bramwell. Date of experience: 26 January No one helpful is ever available to speak to and every time we have got in contact with them we have been told we will receive a call back in 72 hours and wait up to 3 months before calling again.

I've called to complain they told me they would fix the matter and I've been sent an email the next day to confirm that the baggage was added. The reservation number for my flight could not be found on Ryanair, I couldn't reach any custom service, paying 55 Euros extra, although I could prove everything with shot screens. A car hire company called DMR. Please be very careful of using Opodo to book any travel arrangements as they will take the money out of your account and will not provide you with the service that you have paid for. The day before I've tried to add baggage but I'm unable to do it. This company is scamming customers. What is the return policy? You have to go to your bank or call the bank to check exactly what is happening.

As your travel agent we have requested a cash refund on your behalf. Travelzoo - www. So I phoned them 45 minutes expensive international call with 3 different agents none were able to discard my credit card from their database or cancel my membership and refund. Called numerous times, sent numerous emails including the CEO Dana and I am still waiting nearly a year later. Cancelling the prime membership took many clicks. I'll never use them again. The customer service is based somewhere random. Please stay away of this company as you will lose your cash and you will not get the service you are aiming for. All they say is not liable for a refund as part of airline policy. Prime mug! I understand that this wasn't Opodo's fault, but it has been 5 days now since I have been requesting a refund for the cancelled flight and haven't received any confirmation that they will even refund my money back.
