After her attempt at escape, it seemed for a few moments like Vee was going to get away with it all. Luckily, Rosa was on hand to brutally clatter the prison van into her as she attempted her daring escape. We all knew what would one day happen. Maybe we didn't know it was going to happen so soon though.

Most of his subordinates lacked the proper experience to carry out their duties effectively, which had a rippling effect on how the prison was run and how the inmates were treated. So while we don't see her die, we never see Miss Rosa again and can only assume that her doctor was right.
