Near By. Mountain Splendor was one of the first cabins built in the Starr Crest Resort. The resort was a dream become reality by Outrageous cabins Ussery Construction. The resort has grown to over cabins in over the past seven years.

Mountain Splendor was the first cabin developed at the top peak of the Mountain. It is one of the highest occupied cabins in the resort year after year. Directions to Mountain Splendor are drive to the top of the mountain. The first words out of your mouth is O My God, wow how beautiful. The next words are I wish we could be staying there. That cabin will be Mountain Splendor.

A Smoky Mountain Vacation will truly create memories that will last a lifetime. We would like to welcome you to Outrageous Cabins! All of our cabin rentals are located at the Starr crest resort. Relax and unwind in our rentals with private hot tubs. Enjoy ultimate comfort during your stay. Our rentals offer game rooms complete with pool tables and foosball, providing entertainment for you and your guests. A warm, cozy fireplace invites you to stay and relax, enjoying the crackling sounds of burning wood. Those who experience a stay here come back year after year. The resort property is adjacent to the Dollywood Theme Park and located just two short, easy-to-drive miles from the main strip in Pigeon Forge; it is far enough away to give you the peace that you crave yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of the activities that you enjoy. All of the roads in the resort are wide and paved, making for easy driving throughout the resort. These cabins are nestled in a wooded area, providing a tranquil environment without mountain or city vistas. Cabins feature aspen log furniture and railings provided by Custom Log Furniture. Guests can enjoy convenient access to the cabins throughout the year, thanks to the well-maintained roads that are paved and wide, eliminating the need for special vehicles or four-wheel drive to navigate. Four-wheel drive vehicles are still encouraged during winter months when snowfall is a possibility.

A Bears View is a beautiful two story cabin located in the Starr Crest Resort with a perfect combination view of the Pigeon Forge city lights and a backdrop of Bluff Mountain. A designated driveway is offered specific to this cabin with a charcoal grill and a sealed trash bin located right outside as well. Once the car is unloaded and you've climbed the 7 steps needed to reach the front door of this cabin, your temporary home away from home awaits you! Continuing through the cabin, you will find an open layout displaying the dining and living room areas that provide multiple options for quality time to be spent, whether that's gathering around the table enjoying conversations with your loved ones or getting comfortable on the couch, sitting around the cozy fireplace while watching a movie on the flat screen TV. Passed the living area, you'll come upon the entrance to the private, main floor bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, double-sided gas fireplace shared with the living room space, and attached bathroom. The main floor bathroom, accessible only through the bedroom, is a full bathroom showcasing a beautifully tiled, double-headed, walk-in shower for that luxury affect. Once you make your way out of the bedroom and back into the living room, you will come across a door that leads right out to the main level deck offering plenty of seating to overlook the gorgeous view. Now to climb the spiral staircase making your way up to the second floor of this cabin, you will be introduced to a spaciously shared floorplan including the game area, open loft 2nd bedroom, and another spiral staircase that leads up to the bonus loft area.

Outrageous cabins

Total cancellation fees will be issued as a Guest Credit, sent as a code as a separate email, to be applied towards a future reservation valid one calendar year from the processed cancellation date. A "no-show" is an automatic forfeiture of charges -- this is a contract between you the guest and Outrageous Cabins the management as representative of the owner's property. You will be charged for the full stay if the proper cancellation policies are not followed. If we have held a cabin for you, we have pledged that cabin and those dates to you.
