I ordered a collar and lead for our dog last week and I wanted to let you know it has arrived and it fits perfectly and it is superb. It was such a joy to have someone answer the phone when I called to enquire. We had a very unsuccessful experience the first time we ordered a collar with another company. It took 5 weeks, and when it arrived the product was not the size I had ordered. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service and great quality product!! We will be telling our friends about your company. I loved the collar I bought for my cat Bella. It was light and more suitable for a cat than others I have bought over her almost 5 years. When she got home the other early evening from wherever she goes to get away from the the 3 small dogs who live with us also, I discovered her collar was missing. I still had her old one which I immediately put on her but I feel she was possibly grabbed by the collar by someone or something and the collar released, for which I am grateful. I love these collars.
