I have never seen a bathroom like this hotel everything is literally broken, rusty, stained or not working.

The public beach closer to the hotel is nicer but finding a free spot is impossible. I have never written such a scathing review of a hotel before and I realise that covid is having an impact on hospitality all over the world but the faults I have pointed out are not 6 months old but of neglect over years and after seeing the hotel had a name change from a different reviewer you have to ask yourself why?. The staff were very unhelpful and pushed us around from manager to manager then told us that we needed to contact love holidays for a refund. The food served is not even fit for animals.
