We have branched off into mobile pizza catering, specialising in the true Neapolitan pizza that gained Paolos an enviable reputation for very high quality pizza. We have added a mobile artisan gelato station that can also be hired alongside the wood fired ovens, covering the whole of the North West England, and North Wales. We make dough 36 hours in advance and cook the pizzas from scratch on site in our wood ovens to bring you an amazing culinary experience. We are named Attilio after Attilio Barchetti who runs a year old family pizzeria right in the heart of Naples. We now continue our pizza journey into the mobile catering world and carry on the tradition that Attilio instilled in us over 10 years ago. Attilios certainly does.
