I technically began this project back around the release of Diamond and Pearl. After the release of Sun and Moon I decided to revisit the idea as a personal design challenge, only this time without caring!
Some people stick with a certain type, while others like to go at it strategically and others just choose based on design. This artwork imagines a small, frightened Pikachu ready to be found by a friendly Trainer, hiding in the undergrowth of an Alice in Wonderland-esque landscape.
