SLP has stronger engine mounts you can get, but nothing helped all that much. Our local dealer still had brand new 05 fusion 's in crates in the beginning of the 08 season. Honestly, dont be afraid if you see an 06 Fusion That is a totally different engine, and a good running one at that. Aside from jetting being rich from factory, its a good sled.

Ironically, I bought it because I rode my friends 1st gen rev. This is a sign to me that MBAs, accountants, and draftsmen are running the company not engineers.
