This is a lightweight Polyurethane Laminated Fabric, with waterproof, breathable and stretchy qualities. This fabric is reguarly used for making eco-friendly reusable and washable products, such as reusable diapers, menstrual pads and nursery sheets. It's also suitable as a lining or sportswear fabric.

Nature's fabrics 1 mil PUL fabric polyurethane laminate is free from metals, phthalates and latex. There are no VOC's volatile organic compounds emitted during production. Phthalate free and lead free. Latex and BPA free. PVCs, diisocyanatos, chlorine, or migratable plasticizers free. A hot melt adhesive system TPU is used to bond the fabric to the film. This system is also considered a "green" way of lamination! It has been tested and is holding up well in all applications that call for a 1 mil moisture barrier. Terrific for diaper covers, bibs, raincoats and mama pads. This is the new industry standard for pul. All made here in the USA!

Polyurethane laminate PUL , thermal stretch , [1] fuzzy rubber [1] is a compound fabric made by laminating a cloth fabric to one or both sides of a thin film of polyurethane. Most PUL fabric is made by laminating lightweight polyester interlock knit fabric to a 1mm thick film of polyurethane. There are two processes used for lamination: solvent lamination, which fuses the fabric and polyurethane film into a single monolithic fabric, and hot melt, which uses heat-activated glue to adhere the fabrics together. PU laminate cloth is waterproof, breathes and stretches somewhat, and is soft and flexible. It can usually be machine-washed and dried, [1] and cleaned with dilute bleach or alcohol.
