My MK4 arrives on Tuesday! I have released the signature, but worry there may be duty. Is there duty to be paid upon arrival or is that handled by my payment? Duty is not handled by payment to Prusa. The carrier collects any duty required, and how they collect that varies. I believe I've only ever paid duty once so far, and it was with UPS.

The latest update in shipping info from Nov 1st, mentions that currently orders placed up to week 42 october 16 are currently shipping ; is the info there still valid? I ordered mine on Fri Nov 3rd and so far I haven't heard anything. My order was at the tail end of Week 44 and according to their site it should have been processed last week. I'm anxiously waiting! My order was done on November 5th so we're all around the same time ; I am hopeful we get some news next week or the one after. My prebuilt MK4 printer ordered on 30th of March was today shipped. So i hope DPD will delivere it until 20th of May. My kit was ordered on april 12th GMT according to the epoch converser. The only thing i know is that it was during the day the kit orders were enabled. I hope i will receive it before end of june!

I had to reach the customer service, and took this opportunity to ask about the shipping. Might be a silly question, but where are you getting your 5 digit order numbers from? After 3 months or holding my money without supplying anything, Prusa should be paying me interest at this stage!!! In which case, Prusa would have a backlog of manufactured printers that were stored for those two days, hence why weren't these shipped out in a larger batch on day 3? So shipping today. I think it all depends on luck when it goes through customs I appreciate they have had tons of orders because of their quality and high support, I just think a deposit system, along with a better order feedback system, would just top it off.
