What causes the PS4 not downloading games issue? How to fix the problem?

Still have no idea how to fix it? After inserting the disc into the machine, I was prompted to install an update and so, I followed. I must admit the update was downloaded very quickly at the beginning. It was totally stuck on that point! Can anybody tell me how to fix it?
