Resident must execute this housing contract via electronic signature through the University Residences Housing Portal. This contract may only be canceled or terminated as stated below. If Resident fails to check in prior to noon on the first day of classes and appears subsequently, an assignment elsewhere will be made if space is available.

Those who begin living with University Residences on January 8, or later will be eligible for Spring Housing Reapplication. Students who have a spring-only housing application for academic year may enter the housing portal , sign an application and select an open bed space for the academic year.
