I would remove Rock Smash though as well as Light Screen. Rock Smash is terrible and serves no purpose. Light Screen is ok but it's not what Raichu does. Raichu is a high speed damage outputter despite it's damage being lesser than others that do the same thing as it like Jolteon. Still, Raichu does have some good moves it can use such as Substitute paired with either Double Team with Bright Powder as the held item or Wish for healing. Focus Punch can even be a great high damage move to run with Substitute since the sub doll will prevent the flinch from Focus Punch when the opposing Pokemon attacks since it won't hit Raichu directly. So you have a fair few options for Raichu, but Rock Smash isn't helping and there are better strats you can do with Raichu that are better then trying for Light Screen. While everyone loves Pikachu, not too many appreciate its evolved form, Raichu. While those are important for Raichu, its fast move choice is equally important. It does quite a bit of damage, but its low energy generation holds it back. Spark and thunder shock are also good choices, and of all the fast moves available to Raichu, thunder shock generates the most energy, but volt switch does great damage and provides a lot of energy. If you want Raichu to use its charged moves primarily, we recommend thunder shock.
