Before you read on, I also have a Juggernaut version of Righteous Fire. He scales armour to mitigate Elemental Damage, so no need to build block. Now that sounds all very good being so tanky, but you will lose some advantages that the inquisitor has to offer namely: higher boss damage, more complexity due to ES scaling, highly resistant to curses and easier on the map mods. If you totally new to Path of Exile and this is your first build, I recommend you play the Juggernaut version that you can find here. From abusing Snapshotting to making use of various Ascendancies to optimise damage and life regeneration, Righteous Fire builds have always driven players to overcome the challenges thrown at us in Path Of Exile and find a way around the many quirks the playstyle offers. This build of course is no exception. This will allow you to determine if this is the right build for you!

Before you read on I would like to state that this build along with the Inquisitor version have had a nerf mainly to the clear speed. However, The juggernaut can easily hold his own. Juggernaut has a much easier time getting the defensive layers online. Also, no need for anything complex this build is great for first timers since your main defensive layers come from Armour stacking. This will even end up protecting you against Elemental Damage. Juggernauts Mitigation is unrivalled making it extremely hard to get one hit with this build. This will allow you to determine if this is the right build for you! Shield Charge , Frostblink and Flammability. Incredibly high life regen levels. The boss damage might lack a bit but you can totally farm more gear to overcome the endgame. Example: Executioner mod. Example: Chaos Weaver mod. Slam that Infernal Cry button to release some dopamine and explode the screen. For bossing on say Guardians I usually try to stand right next to them and Frostblink through them to chill and dodge the heavy hits. You can alternatively keep them on the edge of your ring from Righteous Fire and throw Fire Trap from a safer distance.
This won't be available until we complete the quest in the Act 3 library, at which point if we didn't already have other supports, we can acquire them all. Keep in mind that with how resistances work, each point is worth more than the one before it. You also have the option for switching to Armageddon Brand righteous fire build completing the Library quest, this will be less single target but faster clear and no more reason for Flame Wall, righteous fire build.
I forgot my password. You won't deal any damage with hits. Your Flame Wall and Righteous Fire deal damage over time, so bury that in mind when linking your Support Gems and looking for mods on your rare gear. Inquisitor is the best Ascendancy due to the Pious Path - the effect of the Consecrated Ground you create while standing lingers for four more seconds, meaning that you will regenerate your ES alongside your Life which is great for a Hybrid build with Corrupted Soul Keystone - the only condition is to stand still, use a Flame Wall or even Flame Dash once every four seconds. Righteous Fire has been increasingly more popular as of late, in Path 3.

The play style is as simple as it gets, activate Righteous Fire at the beginning of a map, maintain your flasks, and run through your map while the world burns around you. For Bossing, keep the target at the edge of your Righteous Fire AoE this will provide a much-needed buffer for dodging mechanics and rotating in your Fire Trap where possible. This allows for a safe bossing experience.

A life amulet with Damage Over Time Multiplier and resistances will do plenty when starting out. Our Primary damage scaling is going to be broken down into 4 parts and where you can typically find these stats. I forgot my password. Righteous Fire has been increasingly more popular as of late, in Path 3. For fire exposure, we'll need either a cluster jewel with preferably Master of Fire, or at least Corrosive Elements or Eldritch-influenced gloves to apply exposure. He scales armour to mitigate Elemental Damage, so no need to build block. Until we get those, this mastery doesn't help us. Endgame Rare Amulet: One we have the currency to spend, there is a lot of power that can be gotten from an amulet. Provided you can maintain the DEX to use this, this will be a far better skill to use. Legacy of Fury This slot is pretty self-explanatory, it gives us huge AoE explosions and applies Scorch to nearby enemies. Act 9 By now you should be rather used to the basic mechanics, which will help here: you'll want to largely just spam shield charge through areas.

I recommend using Voirici in Research after getting 3 off colors Blue blue green You then hope he turns one of your red sockets white. Kikazaru is a unique Topaz Ring with a unique regen effect, granting us 3 life regen per level we have. It will provide us a bit more regen, which is always helpful. It's worth noting that the fire damage from this explosion is scaled by our own fire damage passives. Log in. The level of investment between the two tiers has a stark difference: you can run the tier for less than 1 divine's worth of gear, while the "advanced" one will run divines minimum to even start to get into it, and can ultimately cost far more than that. Act 1 This will sadly be a bit painful, given how much GGG has increased the difficulty of this act, and we'll be largely stuck to melee. For fire exposure, we'll need either a cluster jewel with preferably Master of Fire, or at least Corrosive Elements or Eldritch-influenced gloves to apply exposure. This can get a bit more dangerous in maps with tight spaces. This buff can be removed with anything that removes burning effects, and will cancel itself automatically should you ever reach 1 HP. Rare Cluster Jewels: these are something you can start using once you have them. You can read about the Ascendancy, Bandit choice, and Pantheon Power recommendations for this build on our dedicated page. Leveling Rare Amulet: In act , this can be a source of a bit more flat regeneration for our build. Do not level CWDT past 1.
