Riku "lost" when Roxas knocked him to the ground when he says "Why do you have the Keyblade? The only reason he won is because of the AnsemSOD form. Before that, he was being overpowered. Riku did knock Roxas down but Roxas got back up and took his keyblade back, slicing Riku with it.
I just rewatched Deep Dive and it definitely looks like it's a strike raid to get rid of the Neoshadows up there, but Riku grabs it instead.

So this "debate" has gone on for a few years, probably more like 15 or so years now, and I myself have spent a handful of hours of my life going back and forth about it and it tires me. For this reason, I'm making a final reference topic which fully examines the series to decide the objective winner of the fight, and more subjective takes on how each character has won or lost.

TBH, my interpretation of Aqua's and Ven's final battle scenario was this: While Ven fights an internal battle against Vanitas with the x-blade, Aqua simultaneously fights Venitas on the outside. Nomura wanted to change the scene which meant he always intended since KH2 that for whatever reason Roxas would be willingly giving that keyblade to Riku. Just like I bet even though it certainly looks like a certain new wielder's keyblade is using their original weapon as a base can probably still make pretty much infinite version of their original weapon if they so choose. Plus if all it took was one direct fireball, which Aqua should have been able to block if she were in peak condition, Aqua was already in poor shape and Vanitas was just taking the quick route to victory. Xickin Traitor of KHInsider. As for that talk I always figured that was a result of a scrapped plot point, like that Riku and Roxas were supposed to have fought twice. But then when they put the scene into the game they removed Roxas's target so he was literally throwing his keyblade at nothing which meant the only explanation that now made sense was that Roxas either had a horrible muscle spasm or he threw the keyblade to Riku intentionally.
