The Ruiner can also appear as one of the vehicles that must be stolen and delivered for the " Exotic Exports " side mission, triggered from the player's Auto Shop property. Very good way to fight back against Oppressor MK2 griefers if you're getting harassed by them. Never use your personal Ruiner , because it goes down in one explosive and only has eight missiles. The Ruiner features a T-top roof, which comes in three different variations: with solid roof panels, ruiner gta, with glass roof panels or without roof panels.
The front fascia elements, wheel design, boot, and tail light layout are modeled after the Mitsubishi Starion , while the headlights and exhausts resemble those from the Nissan ZX Z The front bumper seems to be a mix of both Starion and ZX bumpers. The tail lights and trunk spoiler are shaped like those of the Camaro, but the area between and below the tail lights better resembles the Firebird, with badging positioned where the Firebird logo would be. The Ruiner assumes a similar role and build from the Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas iteration of the Buffalo , but sports modernized features around. The turn signals can be seen on the bumper, while a set of square-shaped lights can be seen on the hood area within black housings, under small hatches that resemble pop-up headlights though no animation is present.

The Ruiner is a modern variant of the Ruiner , retaining the overall shape and characteristic features. However, it receives a different front end with a slightly pronounced nose, where the upper center has a small screen with animated red dots when the car's engine is on. The headlights are hidden within the car and act as pop-up units, which retain the square-shaped lights from the standard Ruiner. It also features the same offset cowl induction hood from the standard model in GTA IV but with a vent insert instead of a solid panel.

If you equip it with the shocker ram you can slam your way through through the freeway's traffic and barely slow down, which is stupid fun. The center of the bumper features an inset area for the license plate, while the bottom has a plastic section with dual exit vents on either side and a central moulding for the twin wide exhaust tips. If you buy the shunt boost and jump mode you can fly it, because the shunt boost recharges faster than the car will fall to the ground once you're in the air.
