Head Chef Mon, owner and founder, discovered an undying passion for cooking. He is the genius behind all Sai Thai's dishes. The truly authentic flavours, combined with the wonderful bounty of local produce, means your meal will also be memorable. Flavour explosion and amazing portion sizes. When are you guys opening in Manly? Unfortunately the restaurant was full and we didn't have a booking so we got takeaway. It was delicious! The massaman curry had lots of meat and the chicken in the pad thai was great. We also liked that the takeaway packaging was sustainable. Definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area.
