Any server we have had has been upbeat, professional and attentive. The owners are very friendly and visible, rolling their sleeves up and helping out the staff. It's always nice to return to Sal e Pepe. We come frequently for to atmosphere, selection of meals, and comfortably paced evening. It is nice to be acknowledged by servers we've had in the past and appropriately welcomed and cared for by servers new to Heard so many good things about this place. It sucked. Service slow…everyone around us got bread…we had to request it and it never showed up.
