This position will increase the capacity to provide guidance, evaluation, decision making, and supervision in the complex, cross-cultural conversations of how to best steward these assets and activate them for mission delivery. Maintains department resources to support staff members of the Publications Department for administrative, editorial, production, circulation, fulfillment, and marketing functions. Serves as the executive assistant to the Director of Publications. Broad scope of responsibilities and handling of sensitive materials makes this a pivotal position in keeping the section running smoothly and helping staff members meet publishing deadlines and objectives.
