I've had trouble with these for years and done many things to try to get them functioning well, polishing the ramp, cutting a spring not advisable ,filing 'sharp edges', etc. Older posts detail these attempts.

Before I make the first cut I loaded in some pics to see how I should place the grip and what I need to cut and fill in with Bondo. I think this is going to be the result. Cutting off the curved grip and go forward to the trigger guard. Buil up the top of the stock with Bondo, sand and paint.
I'll keep updates as the summer goes on.

Maybe I got lucky with the mags I added a micro-thin patch of JBWeld to the magazine housing. The trigger now is around , fine for a plinker. Polish the ramps etc. Good Luck. Czechbikr Replies. Should be standard equipment on all model 64s. Now for the light and fore grip! For the mag release, I drilled the existing release with a vertical hole, most of the way thru. This is an older thread, you may not receive a response, and could be reviving an old thread. Mine's been to the factory 3 times and still won't work, and they say there's nothing wrong with it.
