Where do I start! I used to have a paper diary and the time I wasted with that was more time than I care to think about. At first I was a little reluctant to transfer across to a digital software platform. I even carried on with my paper diary after I purchased my very first plan. Once I took the plunge and scrapped the paper diary I have never looked back.

Reasons for switching to Savvy Pet Spa We have had issues with the way our old provider supports us for some time and I don't thing here is the correct place to go into details except to say it left us very nervous utilising a tool set so critical to our business operations. They were very helpful and fixed all the settings for me very quickly however. This software is very easy to use. Why would you create a system function that would send out an email for each individual appointment? I will pass this back to the team! I would be lost without the Savvy booking software. PROS This software is very easy to use. The other programs were either too expensive or didn't have the features I wanted. They are UK based. All the info you need at your fingertips through Web, Mobile or Tablet. Every feature is useful. Occasionally things can run a little slow or certain things stop working but as soon as you make them aware they get straight on to fix the issue.
