The top athletes will move on to the finals where they will compete in 3 events for a chance to win it all. Tom Stoltman defended his title and won the event by being the most consistent big man throughout the week. This year is the first time all the athletes will compete in the same events in all 5 groups during the qualifying rounds. With this event, the athletes had to carry three implements weighing lb kg each up a total of nine stairs for the fastest time. With this strongman classic the athletes had to hoist 5 atlas stones onto raised platforms for time.
