William Afton is seen inside of this suit in Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria Simulator, and to be honest I really can't explain why he is how he looks.

He is the version of Springtrap , who survived the fire of Freddy fazbear Frights and the father of Scrapbaby and Michael afton. Scraptrap closely resembles the rabbit seen in the STAGE 01 minigame of the third game, except that it is destroyed. Like Springtrap, he has a human mummy inside, which is easily seen through the holes in his body, especially in his head. Scraptrap's head is slightly more oval It has a black nose and its snout is larger than that of its counterpart. Scraptrap has a thin belly constituting five ribs and muscle layers with a black button that can be seen in the middle of itshis chest. Additionally, it has small, sharp teeth on its lower jaw and two square teeth on its upper jaw. William's ears are visibly badly destroyed. The back of William Afton's left arm is missing, leaving only a metal bar with a few blood vessels around it.
