All Achievements can be earned in one run of the game, there are no missable Achievements. Difficulty will not affect any Achievements. For the most part, everything is more or less straight forward, though some Achievements will require a little bit of set up before they can be completed. All of the Collectibles in the game become visible on the World Map of each area as you explore them, so no location guide is necessary. Three of them are common but the other four can only be found in certain Regions. Summoned Mounts do count towards the Achievement. They were called Power Struggles in Shadow of Mordor. These are the randomly generated Uruk Missions that will appear on your world map involving a specific Captain doing something like Camp Raids, Duels, Trial By Ordeals, Executions, etc. There are a few Achievements that will require some of these Missions. It may not seem like it initially, but Mirian is very important when your get into the army building phase of the game.
