Shaman are masters of the elements, originally only a Horde only class before Burning Crusade was released when you could create a Draenei Shaman. For the Alliance, a shaman could only be created as a Draenei, but later, they shared their skills with other races, such as the Ironforge Dwarves. The Shaman can perform the role of the healer, dps melee and ranged roles in a group or raid party. The only thing they can't do is tank, which is unlikely to change soon.
