Ian Gallagher was one of the most popular characters on Shameless , and while he wasn't the most problematic of the Gallagher kids, he's far from flawless. While Frank's kids aren't quite as problematic as their father, they still get into all sorts of trouble that keeps their character arcs interesting and the audience on the edge of their seats.
