It doesn't stop there we had an issue with one of the jet skis and Chad was always there to help with customer service. At the end of the day Chad stood behind his product and his customer which doesn't always happen. I would highly recommend Prime PowerSports for any of your toy purchases. I look forward to buying an ATV in the near future. Chad earned a customer for life and a huge advocate for his business with his customer service skills. They lied to me and I never got the extended warranty I was promised with the machine.

Took my ATV in to them to have a part installed after a phone conversation that informed me it would only be one or two days to get completed. Well after 3 weeks I was informed the part could not be obtained from Canada with an indefinite arrival time frame. Prime powersports really made me feel like a bother to them. I guess if you didn't buy your power toy new from them, they really don't want to see you walk onto the property.
