Simplify3d forum

OK, so I have been having a fit as of late with Simplify3D and printing objects. I slice them, send to the printer, and things start out ok, but then it knocks them loose simplify3d forum the print, so i have to cancel the job. If I slice with Slic3r Prusa Edition, simplify3d forum, and try, they print out without issue. Anyone know what is going on with Simplify3D?

So does anyone here have any experience with this software in combination with the K? Reading the forum, it seems that there are a lot of bug remaining in the version. I bought simplify3d a couple of months ago. At first i was dissapointed. Then version 2. Takes little more tweaking but the extremely fast slicing makes up for the very few bugs. That big difference there are. And manually editable supports is great to have. Hy AndersE, I share ur point of view now… I also brought and tried the soft, much more easier to configure than other ones. Thanks for your posts regarding this soft, I think this soft deserves a try.

Simplify3D makes this easy: Just open the process settings and click the checkbox next to Generate Support. When you do this, the software will automatically add supports to the selected model based on the stock settings from your printer profile. Here the support structures are gray. For some special circumstances, we have another support type called From Build Platform Only, which will only generate support that touches the build plate.
