March I have the game registered on origin and everything, I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Explorer, and yes, I did check the box, but every time I click the download button for the "Create sims 3 caw World" tool, absolutely nothing happens.

Create a World Create-a-World Tool. The Create a World tool gives the player the ability to create and share unique new worlds for The Sims 3. It allows players to create custom neighborhoods , just like in The Sims 2 , although in a more in-depth way. It was released on December 16, and is available to download for free from TheSims3.
