April I had to reinstall Sims4 on my computer as I got a new motherboard and reset my operating system, essentially making it a new system. I went and downloaded the base game and most packs I own just fine however for some reason specific packs are not downloading and when I click to set them to download or add them to the download queue, nothing happens. I've been trying for hours to fully reinstall ts4 after the EA app uninstalled it first it signed me out, then after signing back in I had to reinstall it and some packs and kits just don't download. It's not my internet connection and I don't have another account. I've cleared the cache, restarted my computer and the ea app, uninstalled and downloaded the ea app, ran the app as administrator, repaired the game; I'm kinda out of options. I play on pc and game version is 1. Nothing seems to work but my other packs have downloaded fine. I was able to download the pack! Last night I just decided to play the game for a little bit without the HSY expansion. I got off the game once I started falling asleep and got back on today at pm and wanted to check and see if it would download now, and it did! Not sure why it wasn't downloading- let me know if this works for you though. Yep, same here. August Yesterday i reset my computer and installed Sims 4. The first time it took a few hours to install, and only installed one pack before it completely gave up installing anything else. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it ended up installing about half of my packs. But, the other half won't install. When I open the game and hover over the icons, half of them say "downloading" while the others say "download to use".
