Disclaimer: Arch Fit refers to the collection of supportive walking shoes from Skechers, not just one model. They are all built on the same platform but come with various upper designs, including mesh, knit, slip-on, and other styles.

These shoes are all about comfort. Find out more about how we review and recommend products. This is coupled with a soft upper, which hugs the foot without constricting it, and a padded tongue that prevents chafing. They're also women's shoes and as such only available in female sizes; men will have to opt for one of the other shoes in the Go Walk Arch Fit range. It has a lace-up design, which allows you to tighten the shoe to your preference, and a modest style that pairs well with most outfits. These holes, combined with cooling properties of the gel, kept our feet cooler on hot days, despite the black colorway of the sneaker. The mesh upper is surprisingly breathable, despite being thick.

In women's shoes the wides go early and leave few or no choice for my big foot. Should have bought a slightly smaller shoe but the width and internal arch support is awesome, since I have flat feet and must have arch support. Walking in any flat shoe, even most athletic shoes, cause back pain and tire my legs out quickly - so I often choose to walk my dog 5 miles in wedge sandals over tennis shoes since I need the support, but these arch fit shoes have solved my problems! I put them on the morning I got them, and have only taken them off to sleep and shower not kidding. I ordered a second pair, and quite frankly, will order more as this is the only athletic shoe I will ever buy from now on.

I read up on them and what sold me was the years of data they gathered to make them comfortable. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and right away i could feel the conociera from these shoes. I literally felt like I was walking in air. I work in a warehouse constantly on my feet and by far the best shoes I've purchased in a really long time.

GCW , February 23, The photo shows one of those tests. Having such balance allows the Skechers Arch Fit to provide the necessary arch and ankle support without being too stiff or uncomfortable. It felt like the rubber got even grippier on wet surfaces. They actually help with the arthritis in my left knee when I walk. I have flat feet so I need the arch support. I tried a different style which seemed to work better.
