The first one is on the surface, the next one in the sky, sky maze totk, and the final one is in the depths below Hyrule. Each Labyrinth presents its sky maze totk set of challenges and puzzles, with two of them also containing Shrines. The Mayaotaki Shrine is part of the surface labyrinth and the Tenbez Shrine is part of the North Lomei Sky Labyrinth, but we'll talk more about those later. The first thing you need to do, before anything else, is to start the quest!

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom 's open world contains many secrets. Players can explore the map for hundreds of hours without completing everything, yet somehow, such endless exploration always feels exciting. Players can take on short, bite-sized shrines or tackle longer regional storylines and temples alongside a host of other side quests, puzzles, and battles. One of the longest challenges players face is the South Lomei Labyrinth. The maze — which is located in the Gerudo Highlands at the coordinates , , — hides two shrines and a key piece of the Evil Spirit Armor set. It will take players across all three of the game's levels the surface, the sky and the depths in that order, until they eventually complete it by beating the final boss at the end. Players can glide there directly from the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower, which is useful to unlock both to reveal the maze's location.

It's through this side quest's series of labyrinths on the surface, in the sky, and in The Depths, that players are able to get their hands on the Evil Spirit Armor in Tears of the Kingdom , but only if they are successful. Those that have played Breath of the Wild may remember Lomei Labyrinth Island in the waters off Akkala's northeastern coast. It still sits firmly in the top right corner of Hyrule's map at the coordinates , , Players can quickly reach the labyrinth by fast traveling to the Jochi-iu Shrine and then climbing up the hill toward the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. It's a pretty straightforward route, but they should be wary of the monsters and Yiga Clan populating the hill as they make their ascent. From the top of the hill, players can easily glide down to the Lomei Labyrinth Island's entrance. They also have the option to build a flying machine from Zonai devices and then fly from either the top of the hill or from the Rasiwak Shrine on the nearby beach. Once players reach the island, they should glide down to the small camp and stone tablet waiting out front. At the beginning of Lomei Labyrinth Island, players will find a stone tablet translated into a notebook at the adjacent research camp. It promises a reward for players that are able to conquer the labyrinth and its secrets. The notebook also informs Link that the researcher who wrote it has left a trail of acorns and nuts to mark their way through the maze. The researcher has also left additional notebooks at various points throughout the labyrinth detailing their journey which will affirm the player's progress as they travel deeper inside. For the easiest path forward, players can follow the researcher's trail through the labyrinth detailed in the map above. Lomei Labyrinth Island has been flooded and there are a few deep areas that players can fall in.

Once back outside the Sky maze totk, the South Lomei Chasm, leading to the depths, is straight ahead. Jump and glide across to this area, then walk down the path here until you come to a gap.

How to get through the maze and find the Mayaotaki and Tenbez Shrines. Mazes are always tough, but there are a few different ways you can navigate the labyrinth and complete the shrine. Our guide will help you find the Mayaotaki Shrine location by navigating through the North Lomei Labyrinth to collect the treasure and Light of Blessing. The Depths, meanwhile, will reward you with a piece of the Evil Spirit Armor. The North Lomei Labyrinth and the path toward the Mayaotaki Shrine are found within the Hebra Mountains region of Hyrule at the coordinates , , The sky and depths versions of these are, naturally, right above and below.

There are three central labyrinths in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, each of which is split into three sections that must be completed in the following order: Surface, Sky, and Depths. There are also two shrines in each labyrinth: one for getting to the center of the Surface labyrinth, and one for reaching the entrance of the Sky labyrinth. The Depths labyrinth also has a Lightroot associated with it, and completing that one will unlock a piece of a special armor set. The North Lomei Labyrinth is located in the Hebra region at the northern most edge of the map just left of the center. It is accessible from the west by going through the North Tabantha Snowfield. The Lomei Labyrinth Island is located in the Akkala region at the northwest corner of the map.

Like the other two labyrinths in Tears of the Kingdom , there are three parts — the surface maze , the sky maze , and the Depths maze. The Lomei Labyrinth Island must be completed in that order, with each new phase opening up once the last is completed. The Lomei Labyrinth Island follows the same rules as its counterparts; the first maze is navigating around gloom to get to the shrine in the center, following acorns and nuts as you go. The Lomei Labyrinth Sky Island opens up after that, and is where the second shrine is, after which you head into the glider maze. The entrance to the Lomei Labyrinth Island is located within the Akkala Highlands at the coordinates , , , in the Akkala Sea. The sky and depths versions of the Lomei Labyrinth Island are directly above and below the surface area. There are some handy sky islands situated on the way, one of which is equipped with a Zonai flying device that makes getting over to the island a breeze. The Igashuk Shrine is located at the center of the maze — getting there is the puzzle itself.
