I can't seem to get borderless mode to work no matter what I try in this game. I've tried on Fallout 4 and borderless mode works fine for both windowed and windowless mode. Is Skyrim just strange and won't allow dual monitor cursor functionality or what? Not actually borderless, since you can't scroll your cursor into another monitor.
